Mary feels this book is a direct gift from God, derived from reading several devotionals and a chapter from God's Word daily and meditating on what was read. She believes that God gave this encouragement to share with friends on Facebook. As her grandson gave her a smart phone and access to Facebook, she determined to use it for God's glory. Her Facebook friends encouraged her to publish her daily devotions. As a result, "As the Fog Lifts" was published.
