Peter and the Wolf is a special tale that tells of a fearless young boy. It has been described as a 'symphonic fairy tale for children'. In this version, the renown Tim V of Sham 69 narrates the story, while the Koln Kindestrasse Orchestra illustrates it. Each character in the tail is represented by a different instrument of the orchestra; the bird is played by the flute; the duck by the oboe; the cat by the clarinet; the grandfather by the bassoon; the wolf by the french horns; the hunters by the kettle drums and timpani; and finally, Peter is portrayed by the strings.
