In the last few years say from 2005 to 2008 period the Indian IT and BPO industries faced a hectic problem named employee turnover due to various reasons like career development, rewards and facilities, training etc. A very little academic literature was found for few factors fand hence proper suggestions or guidelines need to be provided. This book therefore provides suggestions for organizations in retaining best and talented employees. The analysis highlights on association of various factors responsible for employee attrition and should be useful to other industries too in tackling this problem.
