The experiences did not just make a man; they made a man of God certain of the fact that his creator cares about his direction in life and will ensure that everything turns out the way it is meant to be. SPIRITUAL WINGMAN is a true yet intriguing story of Richard's adventures as a young fighter pilot and how God has guided and continues to influence his life. While some messages focus on the Word of God, many of the life lessons will apply to both Christians and non-Christians alike. A young, self-centered fighter pilot follows an adventurous path through worldly obstacles and comes face-to-face with divine purpose. Richard served twenty-six years in the United States Air Force and the Colorado Air National Guard. I retired as a lieutenant colonel in 2007 and currently live in the small mountain town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where I am a pastor of a home fellowship and Biblical counselor. I enjoy studying God's Word, reading, snow skiing, and scuba diving, and I am still an avid weightlifter. My wife, Toni, and I have two happily married daughters and five "grand blessings."
