PROVIDING MEN WITH THE TOOLS THEY NEED TO LET GO OF TRAUMA AND BECOME THEIR BEST SELVES
Created by an expert on masculinity and a leading addiction specialist, Healing Men's Pain Curriculum consists of 18 two-hour sessions that can be used as a complete course or as standalone lessons. With hands-on activities, small group activities, and homework exercises, this curriculum creates a safe space for participants to explore emotionally challenging material. Men will learn to recognize when they are being triggered, to understand the impact of past experiences on their reactions and behaviors, and to develop the self-awareness and self-esteem necessary to grow and thrive.
