American writer Daniel Coyle, who graduated from Chicago University Press College and works as a sports editor in Outside magazine, is interested in knowing the culture of groups very successful and fame, and decoding its codes. He went on an exploratory tour to some of these institutions, and he set in his book "Class of Culture" three basic skills, which are the essence of this culture. Coyle spent some time with groups and leaders, who use these skills every day. In his book, he teaches us how cohesion and cooperation is achieved, and explains how a variety of work is to work in one mind.
