Throughout her career, Dr. Willis has served in various clinical capacities, including roles as a behavioral counselor for Alameda County Juvenile Hall and Alameda County Sheriff's Department Diversion program, a clinical lead at Fremont Hospital Psychiatric Outpatient program, and a Clinical Manager and Clinician at Pathways to Wellness Medication Clinics and BACS community crisis program.
