Philip G. Cowburn is a Barrister, and a former Senior Lecturer in Law. Philip's academic career focussed on the teaching, assessment, and external examination of Criminal Law and Procedure, together with associated modules, on a wide variety of undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional courses. Philip is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
