Sebastian Roark, a "Columbo" like detective tries to solve two murders that take place in a tourist area of Florida while trying to deal with an evolving personal relationship. His efforts to solve the crimes and help get a conviction turn out to be laden with problems which, among other things, reveal the flaws of our justice system here in the U.S.
