The hunters track the bounty and along the way are joined by unlikely allies: a country singer with a museum-quality collection of Texas lore, and an intense historical reenactor who wants to see the Lone Star State secede, and the flag of the Republic of Texas wave once more. Opposing the hunters is naysaying podcast host Domingo Cos, a descendant of General Santa Ana and a hater of all things Texan. Cos is determined to make sure people despise the heroes of the Alamo as much as he does.
