She is a single mom of four adult children and has four grandchildren. She has been writing poetry for as long as she remembers. She enjoys her life as she faces her new challenge of being stage 4 uterine leiomyosarcoma (uLMS}cancer. She enjoys her adventures and family. She recently bought a house and is enjoying the experience of fixing it up to what she wants. When weather permits, she enjoys the outdoor activities like kayaking and hiking.
