Subimal Bhattacharjee is a distinguished policy adviser specializing in digital and defence technology. A member of Chatham House London's Cyber Journal editorial board and former head of General Dynamics' corporate office in India, he has been a visiting fellow and collaborator with Indiana University's Ostrom Workshop.

Bhattacharjee holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics from the University of Delhi and a law degree from Maharishi University, Lucknow.
