Lydia McLaughlin has been a follower of Jesus for more than thirty years and uses her platform to help women strengthen their everyday faith. She speaks at women's conferences, leads Bible studies, and is passionate about helping women know God's Word and live it with confidence and hope. Lydia has spent much of her life in media and currently serves as vice president for the Newfoundland Broadcasting Company. She is also an on-air personality, author, and the managing editor of Nobleman, a luxury men's magazine she publishes with her husband, Doug. Lydia joined The Real Housewives of Orange County during seasons eight and twelve and was known for openly sharing her faith. In 2020, she and her mother partnered with Bravo to launch the digital series Glitter Town, and viewers fell in love with their joy and faith. In 2024, Lydia experienced profound loss after losing her mother to breast cancer, followed by the sudden death of her brother six months later. This season of grief has deeply shaped her faith and is the heart behind this devotional. Above all, Lydia is most proud of her roles as wife and mother. She and Doug have been married for over twenty years and are raising their three sons, Stirling, Maverick, and Roman, in Southern California. To connect with Lydia, follow her online @oclydia.
