After retiring from a long career in information systems, Suzanne apprenticed with Marideth Sisco, Master storyteller, author, and performer, to best communicate her research and writing of her ancestors' stories as a Living Historian. She plays piano, guitar, and jazz banjo with her husband and creative partner, poet Rick McKenzie.
