Dave Scott is a Silicon Valley software executive, three-time Chief Product Officer, and founder of ProductLeap. He is the author of Product at a Distance: Innovation in the Era of Distributed Teams. He has scaled multiple software companies to successful exits and advised over 80 technology companies-from startups to large enterprises like JPMorgan Chase, Disney, Intel, Microsoft, and Apple. He has held executive roles at Intuit, frog design, SurveyMonkey, and Tonic Health, and owns patents in mobile, CRM, search, and financial services. Dave earned an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago's Booth School and an engineering degree from Ohio University. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, teenage twins, and a sassy Dalmatian named Bodie.
