Jonathan D. Sarna is a University Professor and Joseph H. & Belle R. Braun Professor of American Jewish History at Brandeis University and Chief Historian of the National Museum of American Jewish History. Recognized as a leading commentator on Jewish American History, he is also the award-winning author, editor or co-editor of more than thirty books, including American Judaism: A History; Lincoln and the Jews: A History; The American Jewish Experience; and When General Grant Expelled the Jews. Ron Rubin, PhD, a political science professoremeritus at the Borough of ManhattanCommunity College of the City University ofNew York, is a well-published author. Rubinretired from BMCC after fifty years as thepolitical science department's most seniorprofessor. A graduate of Yeshiva UniversityHigh School, New York University (BA andPh.D.) and Brown University (MA), he was firstpublished in 1959 as Editor-In-Chief of the NYUHuntington Hill Historical Society's Historian. A prolific writer, Rubin has had more than 100works published globally since then.
