Laviolette, Ph.D., is a management systems consultant, educator, and author based in North Carolina with more than four decades of experience in quality management, organizational improvement, and operational excellence. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Engineering and Management and has served in senior leadership and consulting roles supporting both public and private organizations. Dr. Laviolette studied under and worked with leading management thinkers, including W. Edwards Deming and Russell Ackoff.
