Justin Fatica is the cofounder of Hard as Nails Ministries, which has had an impact on millions across the globe. Fatica and other ministers from Hard as Nails speak regularly at evangelical music festivals, diocesan youth conferences, confirmation retreats, school assemblies, graduations, youth group meetings, days of recollection, prisons, parish missions, and more.

Fatica has also delivered keynote addresses and witnessed to the power of the Gospel at Sunday Masses, amusement parks, and athletic events. His ministry was the subject of an HBO documentary that allowed the world to know Fatica as an intense, controversial, passionate, and genuine minister. He has also been featured on Good Morning America, Nightline, Sirius Radio and more. Fatica went to Seton Hall University and holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education and philosophy and a master's degree in education. He taught high school theology at Paramus Catholic High School in New Jersey.

He is also the cofounder of The Stand, an adult seminar series designed to motivate business leaders, educators, and parents to empower others. In 2009, Fatica's first book, Hard as Nails, a chronicle of his life and ministry, was published by Doubleday, and his speaking schedule included such highlights as The Awakening, Soulfest, and the Los Angeles Religious Education Congress. He currently lives in Syracuse, New York, with his wife Mary and two children.
