This study delves into the bold and often controversial lives and times of the Old Testament prophets and attempts to define prophecy itself. Unlike analyses that focus on either the prophets' messages or the questions posed by their prophecies, this less technical work seeks to answer the critical questions confronting each prophetic text and to consider their prophetic messages in the context of the 21st century. Helpful charts show modern sins addressed by the prophets, a time line of Israel's history, including relevant current events, and Old Testament prophecies, their subject, and their New Testament fulfillment.
